German Catholic priests ‘abused thousands of children’, Ritual Abuse Conference Videos – Neil Brick, Alison Miller, Wendy Hoffman

German Catholic priests ‘abused thousands of children’
More than 3,600 children in Germany were assaulted by Roman Catholic priests between 1946 and 2014, a leaked report has revealed.

The study was commissioned by the Church itself, and was due to be published on 25 September.

According to the report, some 1,670 clergymen in Germany committed some form of sex attack on 3,677 minors, German outlet Spiegel Online reported.

A Church spokesman said it was “dismayed and ashamed” by the findings.

The report is the latest in a long series of revelations that have uncovered decades of sex abuse by Roman Catholic priests around the world.

According to the new study, only 38% of the alleged perpetrators were prosecuted with most facing only minor disciplinary procedures, German media said. About one in six cases involved rape.

Most of the victims were boys, and more than half were aged 13 or younger.

Predatory clerics were often moved to new communities, where no warning was issued about their actions.

The study was compiled by three German universities, using 38,000 documents from 27 German dioceses. Its authors said the true extent of the abuse may be even greater, as some records were “destroyed or manipulated”…. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-45500072

Ten years ago, research began again to help expose severe abuse crimes. More recently, first in the UK and Australia and now in the United States, a variety of child abuse, severe abuse, sexual harassment and rape cases are bringing public awareness again to the mainstream media of severe abuse crimes.

On Saturday and Sunday August 18 and 19, 2018, S.M.A.R.T. Ritual Abuse and Mind Control Newsletters sponsored an educational conference for survivors of ritual abuse and their helpers. Attendees report that the conference was a great success. In addition to the excellent presentations, there were opportunities for networking with other attendees and reading books and literature on the topics of severe child abuse, cults and mind control.

Dr. Randy Noblitt discussed the research surrounding examining the credibility of ritual abuse allegations. Neil Brick presented information about the progress of the child abuse movement over the last twenty-five years. A copy of his transcript is online. Jillian Jackson presented information on Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Manjot Singh Khalsa presented on the topic of Radikal Healing, a holistic therapeutic approach for the healing of trauma. He presented a Kundalini Yoga experiential workshop called Be Here Now. Michael Skinner performed songs from several of his CDs. He addresses the issues of trauma, abuse and mental health concerns through public speaking and his music.

Scientific research and resources were presented during the conference, including Proof That Ritual Abuse Exists and a Large List of Ritual Abuse and Child Abuse References.

Backpage.com founder and CEO face new charges
Associated Press July 27, 2018

PHOENIX — A new indictment in Arizona against operators of Backpage.com alleges the classified ad site gave free ads to prostitutes and cultivated arrangements with others who worked in the sex trade to get them to post ads with the company.

The indictment filed Wednesday repeats allegations in an initial round of charges and adds six new money laundering charges against founder Mike Lacey and 50 charges of facilitating prostitution against chief financial officer John Brunst.

A total of seven people were charged in an indictment in late March alleging the site ignored warnings to stop running prostitution ads, sometimes involving children, after the site brought in $500 million of prostitution-related revenue since its inception in 2004.

The new indictment said Backpage.com employees would identify prostitutes through Google searches then call and offer them a free ad. It says the company used the strategy in Nashville and other cities and planned to expand such efforts in Los Angeles and New York.

The document also said the classified site had a business arrangement in which it would place ads on another site that lets customers post reviews of their experiences with prostitutes.

Backpage.com is a Dutch-owned limited liability corporation. Its principal place of business is in Dallas and federal officials say it keeps its bank accounts and servers in Arizona.

Prosecutors say Backpage.com was warned by an internet safety firm in April 2011 about the phrase “New In Town.” a code term used by pimps who shuttle children to locations where they don’t know anyone and can’t get help.

“Nevertheless, Backpage continued for the next seven years to permit ads using the phrase ‘New In Town’ to be published on its website,” the indictment said.

All seven defendants have previously pleaded not guilty to the charges….
