Royal Commission told clergy like ‘rabbits in a headlight’ after abuse policy roll-out By Thomas Oriti 11 Dec 2013
The Catholic Archbishop of Brisbane, Mark Coleridge, says members of the clergy were caught like “rabbits in a headlight” when a pastoral and redress scheme for victims of child sexual abuse was first rolled out.
The Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse is examining the Towards Healing process established by the Catholic Church in 1996….
Towards Healing key points:
originally set up in 1996 to establish protocols for the church to deal with abuse cases
the policy included the capacity for church authorities to make loans or reimburse an accused perpetrator’s legal expenses
it also established the role of director of professional standards for each State and Territory
following a review in 2009 the church agreed to cooperate with police investigations
the revised and current version of Towards Healing was published in January 2010
2215 complaints have been received under the Towards Healing procedures
over 60 per cent of all these abuse incidents occurred at a school, college, or orphanage
the Christian Brothers received the largest number of complaints, followed by the Marist Brothers, and then the De La Salle brothers.
a total of $43 million has been paid by all church authorities as a result of the complaints
the highest reported reparation amount paid for a Towards Healing complaint was about $850,000
CIA torturing children to create super-spies?

“I’m a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and torture. I was also experimented on and subjected to mind control” says a woman from Jersey City, NJ in a 2013 petition requesting a Congressional investigation:
Therapist Valerie Wolf stated, “When word got out that I was appearing at this (1995 Congressional) hearing, nearly 40 therapists across the country contacted me to talk about clients who had reported being subjects (as children) in radiation and mind-control experiments. . . electric shock, use of hallucinogens, sensory deprivation, hypnosis, dislocation of limbs and sexual abuse. http://goo.gl/i8uTbG ….
This CIA mind-control program that tortures children into “super spies” began in 1953 with the import of Nazi mind-control specialists through Project Paperclip. The official version is that these torturous experiments on children were shut down in 1964 after survivors won a lawsuit against the CIA and Canadian Government. There were Congressional hearings on the human experiments in 1977 and 1995, but Congress voted not to release their findings, while survivor-witnesses asked for more investigation. The torture of children by government employees appears to continue today as survivors say they and their children are being accessed by the CIA program….

New report finds that effects of child abuse and neglect, if untreated, can last a lifetime
By Brigid Schulte, Published: September 12, 2013
In the first major study of child abuse and neglect in 20 years, researchers with the National Academy of Sciences reported Thursday that the damaging consequences of abuse can not only reshape a child’s brain but also last a lifetime.
Untreated, the effects of child abuse and neglect, the researchers found, can profoundly influence victims’ physical and mental health, their ability to control emotions and impulses, their achievement in school, and the relationships they form as children and as adults.
The researchers recommended an “immediate, coordinated” national strategy to better understand, treat and prevent child abuse and neglect, noting that each year, abuse and neglect costs an estimated $80 billion in the direct costs of hospitalization, law enforcement and child welfare and the indirect costs of special education, juvenile and adult criminal justice, adult homelessness, and lost work productivity….
The report, produced at the request of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, found that while rates of physical and sexual child abuse have declined in the past 20 years, rates of emotional and psychological abuse, the kind that can produce the most serious long-lasting -effects, have increased. Rates of neglect have held fairly steady. Researchers said they do not know why….
Every year, child-protection agencies receive 3 million referrals for child abuse and neglect involving about 6 million children, the report found, though with unreported instances, the actual number is probably much higher, the researchers said. And, the report noted, about 80 percent of the children in investigated abuse and neglect cases are not removed from the home.
Child victims are equally likely to be male or female, the report found. The majority are younger than 5. About 80 percent of the perpetrators are parents, the vast majority biological parents. More than half of the perpetrators are female.

Survivors of the CIA mind-control program are speaking out about their childhood torture. They are outraged that as children, they were emotionally, physically and sexually abused by US government and military employees in brainwashing experiments, claim our tax payer dollars are still being used to exploit children and are requesting a Congressional investigation.

Survivors of CIA mind-control are sending letters to Capitol Hill requesting a Congressional investigation of the CIA mind-control program that began in 1950 and supposedly shut down in 1964. Survivors hope to bring public awareness for children still subjected to this illegal human experimentation.
Survivors claim that beginning at age four or even in infancy and for the purpose of creating “CIA Super Spies,” they were subjected to chemicals, radiation, drugs, hypnosis, electric shock, isolation, sleep, food and other deprivations, along with verbal, emotional and sexual abuse.
These survivors of child abuse so severe it created Dissociate Identity Disorder or multiple personalities, are brave to speak out. In the 2007 Extreme Abuse Surveys there were 147 survivors who answered “yes” when asked if they were currently being accessed or abused against their will by government mind-control perpetrators. http://extreme-abuse-survey.net/ ….
Survivors are banding together under the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS http://www.itccs.org ), Child Abuse Recovery (CAR http://www.ChildAbuseRecovery.com ) and Stop Mind Control and Ritual Abuse Today (SMART http://ritualabuse.us ) to ask members of Congress….http://www.examiner.com/article/why-are-survivors-of-cia-mind-control-claiming-children-are-tortured-today

Bill expanding child abuse victims’ rights to sue heads to governor By Patrick McGreevy September 6, 2013
SACRAMENTO — The Senate approved a measure Friday that would make it easier for some child abuse victims to sue private or nonprofit employers for failing to protect them from molesters.
The bill, which is opposed by the Catholic Church, squeaked by on a 21-8 vote and now heads to the governor. The bill would allow some child abuse victims more time to file lawsuits against private institutions such as parochial schools, but would not apply to public schools. Some victims for whom the statute of limitations has expired would get a new one-year window during which they could bring a lawsuit.
Sen. Ricardo Lara (D-Bell Gardens) disclosed during the floor debate that he was a victim of child abuse by a family member. He said the legislation is needed because it sometimes takes decades for people to admit they were molested.
“I was alone trying to understand what happened to me for many years,” Lara said. “I couldn’t go to anyone.”….http://www.latimes.com/local/political/la-me-pc-senate-supports-extending-statute-of-limitations-for-child-abuse-victims-20130906,0,4906855.story

Police break up ‘drug-fueled orgy’ at Masonic Lodge after finding women dancing naked on stage and men filming sex acts By Daily Mail Reporter 1 September 2013
Police in Michigan have broken up a shocking ‘drug-fueled orgy’ being hosted at a secretive Masonic Lodge – and this wasn’t the first time it’s happened, authorities warn.
Officers were called to the prominent building in downtown Battle Creek, Michigan – which sits across a park from police headquarters – about 2.15am Sunday. They found five women dancing on stage naked.
They also reportedly discovered a couple having sex in the lodge and several men standing around filming the action.
….Police sources told WWMT that officers found a ‘drug-fueled sex party’ in the building and sent the revelers home.
The Battle Creek Freemasons refused to comment on camera for the TV station, but insisted that the orgy was not part of the secret society’s rituals. They said the party was not sponsored by their group at all.
Are Children Being Tortured in CIA Mind-Control Experiments?
September 1, 2013
Did the 1995 President’s Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments do nothing when victims testified that children were being kidnapped, raped and tortured in CIA mind-control experiments?
If the CIA mind-control program MKULTRA ended in 1964, then why are there mind-control survivors claiming that after 1964 they were tortured in government experimentation?
Why are survivors claiming that even today the US government is exploiting children in mind-control experiments?….
Survivors are holding a Press Conference to request a Congressional Investigation on Wednesday, September 4th at 7 PM at the Henry George School of Social Science 121 East 30th Street New York, NY 10016.
Child abuse survivors are uniting under Kevin Annett’s International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS http://www.itccs.org ) to fight child exploitation networks. Among those joining Annett will be Neil Brick of Stop Mind Control and Ritual Abuse Today (SMART http://ritualabuse.us ) and Child Abuse Recovery (CAR http://www.ChildAbuseRecovery.com ).
