Teal Swan’s story of Satanic Ritual abuse PART ONE
By Christopher Oswalt Oct 30, 2014
The topic of Satanic Ritual has long been taboo. Few speak of the underground world. Criminal cases are rare. One former Idaho woman says she was a victim of Satanic Ritual abuse while growing up in Eastern Idaho.
Teal Swan says her life consisted of abuse, both physically and sexual and murder….
Swan says she witnessed the person who took her into the cult kill five children. She knew what she was witnessing was not right, but she feared escaping.
“One of the first programs that was done on me, was he had me breathing and go through and elaborate visualization of my home having just told. ‘Hey you just told people about me. You just told who you really are. So what do you see hanging from the rafters? I shrug my shoulders. He said ‘Do you see that is your mother? Do you see that her blood is all over the floor?”
What Teal shared with Oswalt is the focus of dozens of investigations around the country. Lt. Larry Jones, a former Boise Police officer, was instrumental in a Department of Justice report on cult rituals. The report admits these crimes are hard to prove, but says it is imperative the cases be solved. In most documented cases of ritual abuse, the FBI says it is often a close friend or family who commits the crime.
Teal told Oswalt that she truly believes what she shared happened to her….
Teal says she was taken in at age six. She escaped during a ritual in Eastern Idaho when she was 19. She left the state and found refuge with her friend in Utah. Teal says things started to turn around from there, but it took time….

The teenager has told the Palm Ridge High Court she killed her schoolmate in order to move up the ranks of a Satanic cult in Randfontein, west of Johannesburg.

She claims these rituals include visiting graveyards and members cutting themselves and sucking each other’s blood….

Satanic killing – victim was ‘braaivleis’
South Africa Friday 26 April 2013
Teenager Kirsty Theologo was referred to as “braaivleis” when her murder in an apparent satanic ritual was being planned, a Johannesburg court heard on Friday.
Theologo was present when this happened, testified Lester Moody, who has confessed to his role in the killing.
He told the High Court, sitting in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court, that the code name was used at a meeting on the Thursday before the fatal ritual on October 21, 2011.
The meeting was held to plan the details of her murder.
Moody, who has entered into a plea bargain with the State, was testifying against Lindon Wagner, Robin Harwood, Harvey Isha and Courtney Daniels.
He has been sentenced to 17 years in jail for his role in the murder, five years of which were suspended.
The four accused have pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, attempted murder and assault to cause grievous bodily harm….

BBC to investigate Stuart Hall abuse as part of Jimmy Savile review
Lord Patten says there will be no separate inquiry into how disgraced broadcaster Stuart Hall gained access to victims guardian.co.uk, Sunday 5 May 2013
Stuart Hall, above, admitted indecently assaulting 13 girls during the 1960s, 70s and 80s. The BBC may be liable to pay compensation to the victims, says Lord Patten.
There will not be a second inquiry into how broadcaster Stuart Hall was able to abuse his victims while working at the BBC, the chairman of the corporation’s trust has said.
Lord Patten said instead a review by Dame Janet Smith into the Jimmy Savile scandal would also investigate how Hall – who has admitted indecently assaulting 13 girls during the 1960s, 70s and 80s – gained access to his victims.
Speaking on the BBC’s Andrew Marr Show, Patten said the BBC was also likely to face compensation claims from Hall’s victims….

After Stuart Hall and Savile, the more victims’ voices are heard, the better
Stuart Hall’s admission of sexual offences has brought the abuse scandal that started with Jimmy Savile back into the headlines. It’s painful, but important, that victims are now speaking out
Suzanne Moore The Guardian, Friday 3 May 2013
….This is why today, when I hear the voices of Hall’s victims, I would argue that naming the suspects (which enabled some women to come forward) remains powerful. Some of these women have been silent for a very long time. When Susan Harrison, whom Hall plied with alcohol then assaulted, told her father after returning home in tears, he said: “He is famous and we are nobodies. Nobody is going to believe you if you tell.” Unless victims waive their right to anonymity, the victims do indeed remain nobodies. Harrison felt guilty, worrying that Hall may go on to abuse others, which he did. She later suffered from depression.
Kim Wright, another of Hall’s victims, was watching the news about Savile when she decided to make a formal complaint. She is a policewoman who has worked in child protection. “I’ve always felt what Stuart Hall did to me is not something he’d do once, that it was part of some kind of modus operandi.” Wright felt that if the police could tell other victims they were not the only one, they would have the courage to come forward. And she was right. “When he picked on me,” she said, “he picked on the wrong person.”….

The disgraced broadcaster Stuart Hall is facing accusations that he recently transferred ownership of his home to his wife in a deliberate attempt to avoid paying compensation to his victims.
Land Registry documents show that Hall’s detached property in Wilmslow, Cheshire – said to be worth £1.2m – was placed under sole proprietorship of Hazel Hall on 22 February of this year. The transfer occurred less than a fortnight after Hall denied indecently assaulting 13 young girls, calling allegations against him “pernicious, callous, cruel and above all spurious”. He has since admitted all counts.
At least six of Hall’s victims are set to sue as a result of the “enormous suffering” inflicted on them by the former It’s a Knockout presenter. The BBC is also said to be facing huge compensation claims for sexual abuse that may have occurred on the corporation’s premises….
Land Registry documents show that until February, Hall and his wife had jointly owned the home since 1981. Hall told the Daily Telegraph he had transferred the deeds because he has “an extreme heart condition and at any moment I’m likely to pop off”….

Stuart Hall admits to sexual abuse of girls
Veteran BBC broadcaster described as ‘opportunistic predator’ after admitting to assault of 13 girls between 1968 and 1986
Nigel Bunyan guardian.co.uk, Thursday 2 May 2013
Stuart Hall, the veteran BBC broadcaster, has been described as an “opportunistic predator” by the Crown Prosecution Service after he admitted to a string of historic sex offences against girls.
Three months after dismissing the allegations as “pernicious, callous, cruel and, above all, spurious”, the 83-year-old was forced to admit that his accusers had been telling the truth.
Hall, of Wilmslow, Cheshire, first made the admissions at a brief hearing at Preston crown court on 16 April. But they could not be reported because he was facing trial over an allegation that he raped a 22-year-old woman in 1976. On Thursday it emerged that the rape case had been left to lie on the file, along with three other allegations of indecent assault….
Earlier, Peter Wright QC, prosecuting, said Hall’s 13 victims had been aged between nine and 17. They were abused between 1968 and 1986….
In a statement issued later on his behalf, Brabners Chaffe Street said: “Stuart Hall confirms that he has pleaded guilty to 14 charges of indecent assault. Mr Hall deeply and sincerely regrets his actions. He wishes to issue an unreserved apology to the individuals concerned. He now accepts his behaviour and actions were completely wrong and he is very remorseful….

Stuart Hall told 5 Live: ‘Any 10-year-old can instruct you in oral or anal sex’
Comments eight years ago had been defended as ‘satirical banter’ by BBC
John Plunkett The Guardian, Thursday 2 May 2013
When Stuart Hall appeared on BBC Radio 5 Live eight years ago telling listeners: “Your average 10-year-old can instruct you in oral or anal sex,” the corporation defended his comments as “satirical banter”.
The veteran broadcaster’s admission, revealed on Thursday, of a string of historic sex offences against girls aged between nine and 17 casts his comments in a different, horrific light. Hall made the comments in a 2005 edition of 5 Live’s Saturday morning panel show, Fighting Talk.
Living up to his reputation for outspoken views and colourful language, Hall told the programme that Zimbabwean cricketers should “black up” and branded Zimbabwe’s president, Robert Mugabe, a “witch doctor”….

Gabon girl’s death sparks fears of ritual killings
By Celia Lebur (AFP) – 4/20/13
LIBREVILLE — The discovery of a young girl’s body on a Libreville beach last month shocked the city and reignited the debate over ritual killings in Gabon, sparking outrage on social media sites and forcing President Ali Bongo Ondimba to react.
The young girl disappeared after going swimming. Her battered body was discovered the next day, several hundred metres away.
Her body was badly mutilated, and while there’s no proof she was the victim of a ritual killing, the fear of such crimes here has led to her case being widely publicised.
Ritual crimes are practised by secret sects involved in witchcraft. They usually involve taking a victim’s blood and certain parts of their body — eyes, eyelashes, ears, genitalia, tongue, lips, pieces of skin, the brain — which are supposed to bring health, riches, success and power.
“It’s getting worse. We’ve already counted 19 cases since the start of the year”, including 10 children, says Jean-Elvis Ebang Ondo, the president and founder of the Association against Ritual Crime (ALCR). His own 12-year-old son was kidnapped, killed and mutilated in 2005…. http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5idLIfMjqkKbfkiN3YwcpoVDMT5IQ?docId=CNG.6ca3e19d64153addcf857afda2778c06.341
Satanic attack survivor to testify April 18 2013 By SAPA
Johannesburg – The girl who survived an apparent satanic ritual in which she and her friend were set alight was expected to testify in the High Court sitting at the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on Thursday. Lindon Wagner, Robin Harwood, Harvey Isha, and Courtney Daniels have pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, attempted murder, and assault to cause grievous bodily harm.
In October 2011, Theologo was doused with petrol and set alight on a hill behind the Linmeyer swimming pool south of Johannesburg. Delhi Rape: Man Arrested After Police Bribed Victim’s Family with £24 to Keep Quiet
By IBTimes Staff Reporter
April 20, 2013
A 25-year-old man accused of the brutal rape of a small girl in the Indian capital of New Delhi has been arrested in the neighbouring state of Bihar. Identified as Manoj Kumar, he is accused of keeping a five-year-old girl hostage for two days and repeatedly raping her….
the young girl’s parents have revealed shocking tales of woe at the hands of police officials. They claim local policemen refused to take any action when they filed their complaint and even bribed them with Rs 2,000 (roughly £24) not to take any official action.
“We went to the police to register an FIR (First Information Report) but they refused. They never tried to find her, and instead drove us away,” the victim’s father explained, adding, “The police told us that we should not highlight the issue in the media and gave us Rs 2,000 as kharcha-pani (for expenses and refreshment).”
The police are also said to have told the father to “thank god that his daughter was alive” and be happy with that.

Pope Francis was often quiet on Argentine sex abuse cases as archbishop By Nick Miroff, March 18, 2013
HURLINGHAM, Argentina — Father Julio Cesar Grassi was a celebrity in the Archdiocese of Buenos Aires. The young, dynamic, media-savvy priest networked with wealthy Argentines to fund an array of schools, orphanages and job training programs for poor and abandoned youths, winning praise from Argentine politicians and his superior, Archbishop Jorge Mario Bergoglio.
Grassi called his foundation Felices los Niños, “Happy Children.”
Today, Grassi is a convicted sex offender who remains free on a conditional release after being sentenced to 15 years in prison in 2009 for molesting a prepubescent boy in his care.
Yet in the years after Grassi’s conviction, Bergoglio — now Pope Francis — has declined to meet with the victim of the priest’s crimes or the victims of other predations by clergy under his leadership. He did not offer personal apologies or financial restitution, even in cases in which the crimes were denounced by other members of the church and the offending priests were sent to jail….
There is no evidence that Bergoglio played a role in covering up abuse cases. Several prominent rights groups in Argentina say the archbishop went out of his way in recent years to stand with secular organizations against crimes such as sex trafficking and child prostitution. They say that Bergoglio’s resolve strengthened as new cases of molestation emerged in the archdiocese and that he eventually instructed bishops to immediately report all abuse allegations to police.
In September, after an Argentine priest from a rural area was convicted of abusing dozens of boys between 1984 and 1992, the archbishop’s office released a statement saying the case had “reaffirmed our profound shame and the immense pain that result from the grave mistakes committed by someone who should be setting the moral example.”
But during most of the 14 years that Bergoglio served as archbishop of Buenos Aires, rights advocates say, he did not take decisive action to protect children or act swiftly when molestation charges surfaced; nor did he extend apologies to the victims of abusive priests after their misconduct came to light….

TURNING POINT: When Children Accuse – Who To Believe
Byline: Ted Koppel and Erin Haynes
ABC-Nightline – November 14, 1996
WHEN CHILDREN ACCUSE: WHO TO BELIEVE Child sex abuse is a very serious problem.
In 1994 alone 140,000 new cases were investigated and found to be real. But are innocent people being sentenced for crimes they never committed because of the testimony of the young?
Doubt over the testimony of children in sexual abuse cases has made it harder to try accused child molesters, sometimes with deadly consequences, but authorities say children do tell the truth in most cases.
TED KOPPEL: [voice-over] This week, another tragedy.
1st RESPONDENT: I don’t understand this. They- they knew. Why did they let him come into this neighborhood? Or in any other neighborhood?
TED KOPPEL: [voice-over] A convicted child molester avoids prison because there is doubt over the testimony of a child…..
STEPHEN CECI, Psychologist, Cornell University: Not only do I believe children can be reliable in sexual abuse cases, I believe the vast majority of them are reliable in those cases.
ERIN HAYES: [voice-over] But Ceci says what is missing from many accounts of his work is that it is fairly difficult to convince children to make up even the most harmless stories.
STEPHEN CECI: Because in our studies we work at it very hard….
ERIN HAYES: In fact, in his studies, most of the children ultimately do not give in to interviewers’ suggestions, and while many of the interviews are about more serious subjects, medical exams, for example, they are not about sex abuse, and many in the child protection field are troubled that Ceci’s research is being applied to sex abuse cases….
STEPHEN CECI: Maybe 1 percent, 5 percent, 10 percent. I suspect it’s nowhere near the majority. My hunch is the majority of interviews done with kids by front-line workers, child protective service, law enforcement, therapists, pediatricians, are well-done….
ERIN HAYES: [voice-over] But his critics point out Underwager uses his own standards for determining what is repeated and leading. For instance, he has said that interviewers’ questions like this one, “Okay … I don’t want you to say anything you can’t remember for sure,” could be considered leading. And most of the tapes he reviews come to him from defense attorneys, for whom he consults. When he testifies for them, he says, he is paid $2,500 a day. Underwager admits he has no way to known if the children’s accounts of abuse in the cases he reviews are actually false. [interviewing] How do you know, in each of these cases, that the abuse did not happen?
RALPH UNDERWAGER: I don’t. That’s not my function. That’s the function of the justice system.
ROB PARRISH: If that’s the case, then there’s no reason for him to be expressing an opinion in the justice system, any more than any of the rest of us. I mean, you could call anybody in that circumstance to say, “I’ve viewed the tape and I think it’s a bad interview, so therefore I think this child’s probably not telling the truth.”
ERIN HAYES: [voice-over] At least 10 courts have disallowed Underwager’s testimony. One ruled he “…did not have bone fide qualifications…” as a researcher. Another said his work “…was not scientifically reliable…” Underwager does continue to testify, which concerns many of his critics, who say is expertise is colored by what they see as a sympathetic view toward pedophiles. In a Dutch publication [Paidika] three years ago, Underwager said, “Paedophiles need to become more positive and make the claim that paedophilia is an acceptable expression of God’s will for love and will among human beings.” Underwager says he has always believed sex between adults and children is harmful, but says to help treat pedophiles, they must first be encouraged to openly proclaim their sexuality….
MARK ELLIS, National Center for Prosecution of Child Abuse: His methods and theories are not accepted by others in his field, and have been subject to a great deal of criticism by others in his field.
ERIN HAYES: [voice-over] Prosecutors are also critical of Dr. Gardner, who not only testifies, but publishes and markets his own books on child sex abuse, books often quoted in court cases.
ATTORNEY: [law firm videotape] Now, I want to talk to you about the most common cause of false accusations.
ERIN HAYES: [voice-over] In this videotape produced by a law firm, an attorney cites from Dr. Gardner’s research Gardner’s conclusion that false allegations of child sex abuse are commonplace in custody disputes.
ATTORNEY: [law firm videotape] This phenomena [sic] has been examined in research and it’s now been given the name “parental alienation syndrome.”
ERIN HAYES: [voice-over] That disorder, however, cannot be found in the standard manual of psychiatric diagnoses. It is a term Dr. Gardner coined himself, based mainly on his own experience as a psychiatrist. But the largest study done on the subject to date found that false allegations of child sexual abuse rarely surface in custody disputes [“…less than 2% of cases involved an allegation of sexual abuse.” Dr. Gardner declined a videotaped interview for this report, but he sells tapes of his own, as well, in which he describes his criteria to help determine whether a child’s allegation of sexual abuse is true or false. Among his criteria?
Dr. RICHARD GARDNER: [videotape] If it sounds incredible, it’s probably not true. In extreme cases, children who are sexually abused become like little street-smart sluts. I believe that children who are false accusers are going to have a higher incidence of reading mystery stories.
ERIN HAYES: [voice-over] Dr. Gardner concedes no one has scientifically tested his criteria, not even he.
ROB PARRISH: Those tests are not based on scientific reality. They’re not verified, they’re not validated in any way.

Missing dogs, ritualistic killing confound Idaho officials
Reuters March 21, 2013 By Laura Zuckerman
SALMON, Idaho, March 21 (Reuters) – The mysterious disappearance of about 30 dogs in southern Idaho has baffled animal control officials and raised concerns among dog lovers after a German shepherd was found with its head crushed in a suspected ritual killing.
The missing canines range widely in size, breed and age.
“The dogs seem to vanish into thin air,” said Debbie Blackwood, director of the animal shelter in Twin Falls, Idaho.
Officials say some 30 dogs have gone missing in recent months in Twin Falls and nearby communities in an agricultural region in south-central Idaho known as the Magic Valley….
The dog, found in an area known as the Devil’s Corral in neighboring Jerome County, appeared to have suffered a “ritualistic execution” ….
